Columbia Terrace Retirement Community

Columbia Terrace Retirement Community is located in Portland, Oregon. The city is rich in culture, sporting events, theatre shows, outdoor activities, shopping and a variety of community events and festivals. Portland boasts an excellent public transportation system and serves Columbia Terrace Retirement Community via a convenient stop in front of the facility.

Columbia Terrace Retirement Community is a safe, clean, comfortable and secure four-story building with an elevator. The air conditioned apartments feature emergency pull-cords, fire sprinklers, smoke detectors and patio areas for each first floor apartment. The building is composed of 61 one-bedroom apartments and provides an in-house mailbox area, laundry facility, locked security exterior doors, and video camera security system. A management team oversees the daily facility operations and routine maintenance.

A community room is available for residents to use for games, parties, and other recreational activities. The facility also features an internet connected computer lounge. Columbia Terrace Retirement Community is part of Community Housing by Pacific Retirement Services in Medford, Oregon. It complies with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements for Section 202 Elderly Housing. Applicants must meet the income, age and posted Tenant Selection Plan.
