Central Point Retirement Community

Central Point Retirement Community, which provides quality, affordable housing for the elderly, is uniquely situated in the 230-acre planned development of Twin Creeks in Central Point, Oregon. Located near downtown Central Point, with views of the Table Rock mesas and Mt. McLaughlin, this retirement community embodies the belief that everyone earns the right to retire with comfort, dignity, and freedom from the pressures of earlier years. The Twin Creeks area has three parks, two gazebos, two meandering creeks, well-lit sidewalks, and walking trails, with future plans to add retail shops, medical offices, transit, and more.  A bus stop is a block away, and the shops, restaurants, and services of downtown Central Point are only 1.5 blocks away.

Central Point Retirement Community is a newly constructed, modern, and safe three-story, smoke-free building with elevator services. There are 62 air-conditioned one-bedroom apartments, and first-floor apartments have covered patios. The building offers a comfortable and secure environment, with smoke detectors, fire sprinklers, emergency pull-cords, inside resident mailboxes, and locked exterior security doors. A management team oversees the daily facility operations and routine maintenance.

Residents have the opportunity to use the library, TV lounge, computer center with Internet access, in-house laundry facilities, a covered community patio, and a community room for games, parties, and other recreational activities. Volunteering opportunities are readily available at the nearby elementary school and in other programs offered by Rogue Valley Manor Community Services.

Central Point Retirement Community is part of the Community Housing by Pacific Retirement Services, Inc., in Medford, Oregon. It complies with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements for Section 202 Elderly Housing. Applicants must meet the income, age, and posted Tenant Selection Plan.
