As affordable housing specialists, Community Housing by Pacific Retirement Services handles every aspect of construction oversight. We work closely with our selected architects, issue all construction bids, and hire the right contractors for your project. In addition, we coordinate the efforts of all project professionals, establish relationships with the various inspection agencies, obtain necessary permits, draft HUD construction draws, track project milestones, and document change orders.

Community Housing by Pacific Retirement Services has the knowledge to make certain your project complies with all design and construction accessibility provisions required by the Americans with Disabilities Act; Fair Housing Act; Federal Environmental Assessment; and the appropriate federal, state, and local building codes.
