Jill Collins, Executive Vice President, PRS Operations
Ms. Collins joined Pacific Retirement Services (PRS) on October 9, 1990. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Sacred Heart University. She manages and directs the acquisition, development, and operation of all PRS affordable housing facilities, the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program, and the Foster Grandparent Program. In addition, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Trinity Terrace (Fort Worth, Texas); Cascade Manor (Eugene, Oregon); Holladay Park Plaza (Portland, Oregon); the Meadows of Napa Valley (Napa, California); and Saratoga Retirement Community (Saratoga, California). Prior to joining Pacific Retirement Services, she served as Vice President of Engineered Control Systems, Inc., and acted as Administrator for three of its manufacturing subsidiary operations. She is Vice President of Housing for the Oregon Alliance of Senior and Health Services and is a member of the House of Delegates of the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA). Ms. Collins also served a Co-Chair for AAHSA's Continuing Care Retirement Community Accreditation Committee.
Dena Smith, Vice President of Housing
Ms. Smith joined the Marketing and Housing staff of Pacific Retirement Services in April 1997. Prior to joining PRS, Ms. Smith worked in escrow at Jackson County Title, where she researched property titles, opened and closed escrows, and handled escrow disbursement. Since joining Rogue Valley Manor, Ms. Smith has worked on a number of construction projects. In addition, she has worked closely with the housing development team and the Department of Media Services. Ms. Smith attended Southern Oregon University, and she is a member of the Oregon Alliance of Senior and Health Services and the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging. She is also a Certified Occupancy Specialist through the National Center for Housing Management.
Iva Lewis, Regional Director of Housing Operations
Ms. Lewis joined Pacific Retirement Services in 1997, initially starting out as a facility manager. In 1998, she was promoted to Asset Manager. In this position, Ms. Lewis is responsible for the operation of seven affordable housing facilities. She attended Southern California College and is a Certified Occupancy Specialist through the National Center for Housing Management. Ms. Lewis is a current member of both the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging and the Oregon Alliance of Senior and Health Services.
