Donald E. Lewis Retirement Center

The Donald E. Lewis Retirement Center (DLRC) is located in the Rogue Valley, nestled at the bottom of the Siskiyou Mountains in Ashland, Oregon. Located near Interstate 5, there is easy access to surrounding communities. Ashland has many benefits to offer seniors. An abundance of recreational activities, diversified shopping, and a local transit system provide seniors with many opportunities. Ashland Community Hospital and an extensive medical community are just minutes away. Within walking distance of DLRC are several shopping centers, restaurants, and the YMCA.

The Donald E. Lewis Retirement Center is a safe, clean, comfortable three-story building with an elevator, emergency pull-cords, smoke detectors, and fire sprinklers. Provided are an in-house resident mailbox area and locking exterior doors. Also available for resident use is the community room for private parties and other recreational activities. A management team oversees the daily facility operations and routine maintenance.

The Donald E. Lewis Retirement Center is part of Community Housing by Pacific Retirement Services in Medford, Oregon. It complies with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements for Section 202 Elderly Housing. Applicants must meet the income, age and posted Tenant Selection Plan.
