Glenridge Terrace

Glenridge Terrace is a multifamily affordable housing facility. It is conveniently located in east Medford near shopping, schools, and medical facilities. Glenridge is composed of 50 large two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments, each provided with air conditioning and smoke detectors. The complex includes on-site mail delivery and two laundry facilities. The recently remodeled property offers two new playground structures and a picnic area. A management team oversees the daily facility operations and routine maintenance.

Glenridge Terrace offers its residents the first Neighborhood Network Computer Learning Center in Oregon. The center is equipped with computers loaded with business and graphics related software and Internet access. The learning center is open to the residents at no charge. A computer facility coordinator is on staff to assist the residents when needed and to coordinate useful computer courses in such subjects as resume writing, money management, and computer basics. Courses in Windows95, Works, and Word are offered through a partnership with Rogue Community College and Southern Oregon University.

Glenridge Terrace is part of Community Housing by Pacific Retirement Services located in Medford, Oregon. Applicants must meet the income and posted Tenant Selection Plan. See application for income limits.
