Oak Grove Retirement Center

Oak Grove Retirement Center is located in one of Oregon's most picturesque small towns, Roseburg. Surrounded by the Hundred Valleys of the Umpqua River, Roseburg has a mild climate and an abundance of natural beauty and recreational opportunities for active seniors. It also offers a medically rich community as Roseburg has one full-service hospital, a Veterans Medical Center, and over 130 licensed physicians.  Many of the physicians' offices, as well as shopping areas, are within walking distance.

Oak Grove Retirement Center was recently constructed and offers a modern and safe, three-story building with an elevator, smoke detectors, fire sprinklers, and emergency pull-cords. The building has inside resident mailboxes, and locked outside security doors. A management team oversees the daily facility operations and routine maintenance. 

Residents have the opportunity to use in-house laundry facilities, to grow gardens in their own private garden spot, and to use the community room for games, parties, and other recreational activities.

Oak Grove Retirement Center is part of Community Housing by Pacific Retirement Services in Medford, Oregon. It complies with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements for Section 202 Elderly Housing. Applicants must meet the income, age and posted Tenant Selection Plan.
