The Quail Ridge Retirement Community at Larson Creek, which provides quality, affordable housing for the elderly, is located in Medford, Oregon. The community is conveniently located near the Southgate Way Shopping Center, Larson Creek Shopping Center, and Rogue Valley Medical Center.

Quail Ridge Retirement Community is a newly constructed, modern and safe, three-story, smoke-free building with elevator services. The air-conditioned apartments feature smoke detectors, fire sprinklers, and emergency pull-cords. It offers a comfortable and secure environment and is composed of 60 one-bedroom apartments. The building has inside resident mailboxes, and locked exterior security doors. A management team oversees the daily facility operations and routine maintenance.

Residents have the opportunity to use the in-house laundry facilities and the community room for games, parties, and other recreational activities.
