Royal Loto Apartments

The Royal Loto Apartments, located in beautiful Eagle Point, Oregon, is just 15 miles northeast of Medford, Oregon. Eagle Point is a small, quiet community, home to several historical sights and the Little Butte Creek. Shopping, restaurants, banking, and the city library are within easy walking distance. Residents benefit from a friendly community which sponsors numerous activities throughout the year. The senior center is located across the street and is available for weekday lunches, games, and traveling activities.

Royal Loto Apartments is a safe, clean and comfortable, one-level building. Provided are individual garden areas, resident mailbox area, and laundry facilities. A management team oversees the daily facility operations and routine maintenance.

Royal Loto Apartments is part of Community Housing by Pacific Retirement Services in Medford, Oregon. It complies with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements for Section 202 Elderly Housing. Applicants must meet the income, age and posted Tenant Selection Plan.
