Shasta Point Retirement Community

Shasta Point Retirement Community is located in Davis, California. This brand new, smoke-free affordable housing facility for seniors opened in June 2001. The community offers 67 comfortable one-bedroom apartments that feature smoke detectors, air conditioning, fire sprinklers, and emergency pull-cords. Shasta Point also offers a variety of amenities including a Computer Learning Center, a community room, in-house laundry facilities, locked exterior security doors. A management team oversees the daily facility operations and routine maintenance.

Shasta Point is located adjacent to University Retirement Community (URC), a continuing care retirement community that offers outstanding facilities, services, and amenities. Residents of Shasta Point will have the opportunity to enjoy many of the services and amenities offered at URC (some services are provided for a fee). Residents of Shasta Point can enjoy fine dining in the main URC dining room; enjoy a swim in the heated outdoor pool; ride the URC shuttle bus; and attend social functions, informational seminars, classes, and other activities offered on the main URC campus.

Shasta Point Retirement Community is part of Community Housing by Pacific Retirement Services in Medford, Oregon. It complies with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements for Section 202 Elderly Housing. Applicants must meet the income, age and posted Tenant Selection Plan.
