Sierra Vista Retirement Center

Located in Yreka, California, the Sierra Vista Retirement Center is in the heart of what has been called a stunningly beautiful region of the country. From the majestic Mount Shasta, to the nearby Klamath and Sacramento Rivers, this region offers many activities for individuals who love nature and the outdoors. Shopping, restaurants, banking, the post office, city library, and the Fairchild Medical Center are just minutes away from Sierra Vista Retirement Center.

Sierra Vista is a newly constructed, modern and safe, three-story building with elevator service. The air-conditioned apartments feature smoke detectors, fire sprinklers, and emergency pull-cords. It offers a comfortable and secure environment and is composed of 30 apartments. The building has inside resident mailboxes and locked exterior doors. A management team oversees the daily facility operations and routine maintenance. There are also in-house laundry facilities and a community room for games, parties, and other recreational activities.

Sierra Vista Retirement Center is part of Community Housing by Pacific Retirement Services in Medford, Oregon. It complies with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements for Section 202 Elderly Housing. Applicants must meet the income, age and posted Tenant Selection Plan.
