Silverstone Retirement Community

Silverstone Retirement Community is located in historic Fort Worth, Texas. Numerous cultural and recreational opportunities are available just a short distance from Silverstone. A nearby freeway system gives easy accessibility to shopping, restaurants, medical facilities, and churches. The White Settlement Senior Center offers a variety of learning programs and social events throughout the year in a highly active environment.

Silverstone is a newly constructed, modern and safe, three-story building with elevator service. The air-conditioned apartments feature smoke detectors, fire sprinklers, and emergency pull-cords. It offers a comfortable and secure environment and is composed of 60 apartments. The building has inside resident mailboxes, locked exterior security doors, in-house laundry facilities, a large community room, and two lounges for games, parties, and other recreational activities. A management team oversees the daily facility operations and routine maintenance.

Silverstone Retirement Community is part of Community Housing by Pacific Retirement Services in Medford, Oregon. It complies with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements for Section 202 Elderly Housing. Applicants must meet the income, age and posted Tenant Selection Plan.
