Valley View Retirement Center

Valley View Retirement Center is a three-story building with elevator service, fire sprinklers, smoke detectors, and emergency pull-cords. The building has inside resident mailboxes, laundry facilities, a large community room for activities, private garden spots, locked security doors. A management team oversees the daily facility operations and routine maintenance.

Valley View Retirement Center is part of Community Housing by Pacific Retirement Services in Medford, Oregon. It complies with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements for Section 202 Elderly Housing. Applicants must meet the income, age and posted Tenant Selection Plan.
