Woodland Heights Retirement Community is a smoke-free, safe, clean, comfortable and secure four-story building with an elevator. The air conditioned apartments feature emergency pull-cords, fire sprinklers, smoke detectors and patio areas for each first floor apartment. The building is composed of 58 one-bedroom apartments and provides an in-house mailbox area, laundry facility, and locked security exterior doors. A management team oversees the daily facility operations and routine maintenance.

A community room is available for residents to use for games, parties, and other recreational activities. Woodland Heights Retirement Community is part of Community Housing by Pacific Retirement Services in Medford, Oregon. It complies with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements for Section 202 Elderly Housing. Applicants must meet the income, age and posted Tenant Selection Plan.
